Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each piece is quality-checked before dispatch.

Where we ship from & delivery times

To offer premium pieces at a fair price, our garments are shipped directly from our production partner. Standard delivery to Spain and the EU typically takes 10–20 business days after processing. This is the standard timeframe that lets us guarantee quality and keep prices fair, without hidden middleman mark-ups.

Shipping rates

• Spain & European Union & United Kingdom: €3.99 flat — FREE on orders of €70 or more.
• Rest of the world: €12.99.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & duties

For EU destinations, applicable VAT is handled so your order clears customs smoothly. In the rare event that a local customs fee applies, it will be communicated transparently. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes payable by the recipient.
