Processing & delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched quickly after purchase. Standard delivery to Spain and the EU typically takes 5–7 business days, fully tracked. Each piece is quality-checked before it ships.

Shipping rates

• Spain, European Union & United Kingdom: €3.99 flat — FREE on orders of €70 or more.
• Rest of the world: €12.99.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & duties

For EU destinations, applicable VAT is handled so your order clears customs smoothly. In the rare event that a local customs fee applies, it will be communicated transparently. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes payable by the recipient.
