Welcome to SORTTEZ. By accessing or using this website and by placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

SORTTEZ ("we", "us", "our") operates this online store, selling premium streetwear sets and related apparel. You can reach us any time at support@sorttez.com.

2. Products & availability

We do our best to display our products, colours and details as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. All items are subject to availability; we may update or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where indicated. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, major credit/debit cards and Klarna where available. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by an obvious error.

4. Orders

Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock problems; if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.

5. Shipping

Delivery times, rates and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery is typically 5–7 business days and every order is tracked.

6. Returns & refunds

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return under the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Defective, incorrect or undelivered orders are covered as described there.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the SORTTEZ name, logo, designs, graphics and text — is owned by SORTTEZ and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it or to other users' data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SORTTEZ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
